• Oversee, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the construction program.
• Determining and recommending labor force, materials, and equipment for the project (BOQ’s).
• Ensuring that contractual obligations are fully met.
• Document site progress & compile weekly progress reports.
• Coordinating and appointing subcontractors.
• Ensure that OH&S protocols are implemented.
• Liaising all cost implications with stakeholders and budget control.
