– Successfully executed a commercial property lease audit project, including the design and development of

custom data processing systems, analytics, and BI platforms, for a JSE listed client. The project involved capturing 26,000 documents, cleaning and enriching 13,200 site records, and advising management on achievable operational KPIs.

– Provided BPM architecture for a software product to manage youth development programmes and designed

their business process flows and functional user requirements.

– I designed and helped develop SA’s first commercial property vacancy subscription service used by 130+

paying subscribers. Over 30,000 records updated per month from 150+ independent sources.
